We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We will keep a record of the complaint and a copy of our response on file for five years, and we will present them to regulatory authorities upon request.
Remedy
We inform you that if your complaint is rejected, you can seek resolution through the appropriate authority or mediation body as follows:
The consumer can file a complaint with the consumer protection authority:
According to Government Decree 387/2016. (XII. 2.) on the designation of the consumer protection authority, the Government Office serves as the general consumer protection authority for administrative cases.
English: https://kormanyhivatalok.hu/en
Hungarian https://kormanyhivatalok.hu/
If a consumer has a complaint, they have the option to turn to a conciliation body. The conciliation body’s jurisdiction includes the resolution of consumer disputes outside of court proceedings. Its role is to try to create an agreement between the parties to resolve the consumer dispute. If this fails, the body may make a decision to ensure the simple, quick, effective, and cost-efficient enforcement of consumer rights. The conciliation body can also offer advice on the rights that consumers are entitled to and the obligations they must meet, at the request of either the consumer or the Service Provider.
In the case of cross-border consumer disputes related to online sales contracts or online service contracts, the conciliation body of the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry has exclusive jurisdiction.
The Service Provider is obligated to cooperate in the conciliation body’s proceedings. This means that they must send a response to the conciliation body and ensure that a person with the authority to create an agreement attends the hearing. If the business’s headquarters or branch is not in the same county as the conciliation body with jurisdiction, the business’s duty to cooperate extends to offering the consumer the opportunity to resolve the matter through a written agreement.
The conciliation body’s proceedings start at the consumer’s request. However, the consumer must first attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the business. This direct dispute resolution can occur in person at the Service Provider’s customer service, by phone, or via email.
- The consumer’s name and residence or mailing address;
- The name and headquarters or branch location of the business involved in the dispute;
- If the consumer wishes to submit the application to the conciliation body with jurisdiction over the contract’s place of performance, the consumer must specify the place of contract performance;
- The consumer’s perspective on the dispute, along with supporting facts and evidence;
- A declaration from the consumer confirming that they tried to resolve the dispute directly with the business;
- A statement from the consumer indicating that they have not initiated proceedings with another conciliation body, mediation, or civil lawsuit;
- A description of what they are seeking, along with the decision they expect from the conciliation body;
- The consumer’s signature.
Additionally, the application should include any documents the consumer relies on as evidence and those that prove that the consumer attempted to resolve the dispute with the business but was unsuccessful.
